REGISTRATIONS
Confirmation of registration, together with a Tax Invoice, will be sent to you on receipt of your registration. Should you not receive the above documents within 48 hours of registration, please contact Ripcord Promotions to ensure that your registration has been received. When making a direct deposit, please ensure that your name and unique PIN number are reflected on the deposit slip/proof of payment, and forward same to Ripcord Promotions.
CANCELLATIONS/AMENDMENTS
The following terms and conditions will apply:*
• All payments to be made directly to the IISA, payment is required in full 7 days from date of invoice.
• No seats will be reserved
• IISA reserves the right to change speakers, program content date and venue, due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Views expressed by speakers and facilitators are not necessarily those of the IISA, FIA and SAIA.
• The on-line registration form is a legally binding document.
CANCELLATIONS
• All cancellations must be notified to Ripcord in writing.
• All cancellations made between 1 February and 12 June will be subject to a R500 cancellation fee per delegate
• All cancellations made between 12 June and 3 July 2017 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made after 3 July will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
SUBSTITUTIONS
• There is a R500 per delegate charge for substitutions and must be notified to Ripcord in writing.
No shows are liable for full registration fee. Accommodation payments will be refunded only if the reservation can be allocated to another delegate.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
In registering for The Insurance Conference 2017 – Disrupt, Debate, Deliver , relevant details will be incorporated into a participant list for the benefit of all delegates. Normally this information would be: name, surname, institution, country and email address.
These details may also be available to parties directly related to the Conference including the venues and accommodation providers. IISA may use these details to inform current participants of Conference updates or future conferences via email. Participants are responsible for advising IISA if they do not wish to have their email addresses included in the conference participant list or IISA’s distribution list for future events.
RESPONSIBILITY
The Committee of The Insurance Conference 2017 – (referred to as the “Conference”) will do everything possible to ensure that your attendance at the Conference will be as comfortable as possible. The Conference, any member or members of its committee and its appointed agents or sub-contractors, act on the basis that they attend to the arrangements of the Conference for the convenience of the Conference delegates. They perform all tasks on condition that the Conference, any member or members of its committee and its appointed agents or other sub-contractors cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss, personal injury, damage or inconvenience (however arising) experienced by delegates of the Conference; neither can they be held responsible or liable for unforeseen partial or total cancellation of the event for which no refunds can be guaranteed. The programme is subject to change without notice.
