All registered participants are required to apply for visa before traveling to Uganda.
For your trip to Uganda, you must be in possession of a valid passport. Generally, your passport must be valid for 6 months post your planned trip and you must have 2 blank pages in your passport at the time of applying for a visa. You need to apply for a visa online or at your nearest local immigration authorities. Upon completion of registration and payment for the event, we will issue out a letter of invitation in order for you to apply for visa.

Vaccinations
Please note below list of vaccinations that may be required for traveling to Uganda
- Courses or boosters usually advised: Diphtheria; Hepatitis A; Poliomyelitis; Tetanus; Yellow Fever.
- Other vaccines to consider: Hepatitis B; Meningococcal Meningitis; Rabies; Typhoid.
- Selectively advised vaccines - only for those individuals at highest risk: Cholera.
- Yellow fever vaccination certificate required for all travelers aged 1 year or over.
