IN PERSON EVENT
EVIDENCE 2023 will host the in-person event in Uganda Entebbe from the 13-15 September 2023 at the Protea Hotel in Entebbe.

REGISTRATION FEES
To register for the in-person event the following registrations rates will apply.
Standard registration - $500 (USD)
Attendance to all EVIDENCE 2023 sessions and functions from 13 -15 September 2023.
Day registration - $150 (USD)
Attendance to any single (1) day of EVIDENCE 2023 sessions and functions.
The AEN will offer a range of discretionary rates for participants who are students or from low-income countries. If this applies to you, please complete the application form to request a discount code before you register.
1) When is the deadline for registration?
Registrations for EVIDENCE 2023 in-person event will close on the 31 August 2023.
2) What happens after I’ve registered?
Once you've submitted your registration, you will receive an acknowledgement of registration email with an invoice. Once payment has been received you will receive a confirmation of your registration. Your registration will be ‘pending’ until full payment is received.

4) Will I be required to submit any supporting documents?
Details, such as your special dietary and disability requirements, your next of kin, and billing information for the purpose of invoicing, will be asked for during the event registration. Participants that require a letter of invitation for their visa application will be required to upload a copy of their passport.
